Good: Very good located, parking spot in front of the hotel. Staff is very kind and helpfull. The pool is big enough to swimm and the sauna is right next to the pool which is excelent. Breakfast boufet is very rich and the food is excellent.

Good: A szállás tetszett,reggeli bőséges,és szuper,hogy a metró csak egy ugrásra van☺️

Good: The staff was so nice and kind! The hotel was clean and the breakfast great. A big variety. Although the breakfast room was full of people there was nothing missing and the staff worked really hard to clean the tables immediately when somebody left. The hotel is very near the metro and bus station. In 10 minutes it gets to the city centre. The bus takes you in 20 minutes to the Square of Heroes and to Szechenyi Thermal Baths. A very good restaurant in the lobby. Tasty meals and good wine. We enjoyed our stay so much and the next year we will definitely come back. And Budapest is so beautiful, there is so much to see! Fantastic architecture, great food, nice and kind people, thermal baths, old metro and trams, many statues, not crowded like other major cities, very clean. It was a real pleasure to spend there our 4 days break.

Good: Miejsce spełniło nasze oczekiwania. Hotel w super lokalizacji, blisko metra. Pokój bez zastrzeżeń. Łazienka nie duża ale bardzo czysta. Na balkonie stolik z krzesłami. Bardzo bogaty wybór produktów na śniadanie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Estetycznie i czysto podane. Polecam i na pewno jeszcze skorzystam.

Good: Great breakfast. Very good location for attending concerts and sport events in nearby stadium or arena. Metro station just around the corner.. Bad: Parking nowadays should be free for hotel customers, but here it is not (and 13€ per day is not something to just ignore so easily when you already pay 100+ for room and it costs the hotel nothing - rip off)

Good: Perfect match between price and location. Relatively cheap because not in the center, but located 100 meters from metro station that is great during day. But even night bus stop is only 200m away, so it's perfect. Bad: A floor in the room could be vacuumed or washed more frequently... Sand and dust on the floor are not fun.

Good: Pihepuha ágy, óriási TV, erkély, hajszárító, széf, tágas tér az ágy körül, kiváló ár-érték arány. Bad: A WIFE este 8 körül elérhetetlenné vált (kevés lehetett ennyi vendégnek a sávszélesség), a zuhanyfüggöny ereszthetett, mert hiába húztam be, eláztattam a fürdőt, a hajszárító túl erősen fújt és ZAJ VOLT, Behallatszott minden a folyosóról (a kopogás is, így az is kihalatszhatott, a folyosóra, amit én csináltam...

Good: Metro, mehrere Buse und Straßenbahnen gleich daneben. Super Ausblick, großer (nicht benützter) Fitnessraum, alles sehr sauber. Bad: Pool war uns leider zu kalt

Good: A recepción a Kollégák nagyon kedvesen segítettek, hogy tudjunk ételt rendelni a késői koncert után... Külön köszönet Nekik! Bad: Jeleztem a glutén- és laktóz érzékenységem előre. Reggelinél picit nehezen sikerült segítséget kapnom ebben......

Good: Very clean room, friendly staff and attentive to what you need, very varied breakfast, for all tastes and needs. The hotel is located next to a subway station, close to public transport, so you can easily get to where you want in the city. Bad: For 4 stars, there should be some facilities in the room, necessary things that are missing: shoe rack, some cold water in the fridge, bathrobe are some of them.

Good: Közel volt a célpontunkhoz, nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése. Kedves volt a személyzet. Bad: Egész éjjel folyt a wc-ben a víz. Felajánlottak szobacserét, de a három gyerek miatt nem tudtunk cserélni, mivel akkor ők már aludtak. Reggel viszont azonnal megjavították. A tisztasággal is akadtak problémák, a hűtőben és az ágyban is találtunk több hajszálat.

Good: Szamomra az elhelyezkedese optimalis mivel pont a Metroallomas mellett van es a parkolas meg van oldva. Teljesen korrekt ar-ertek arannyal rendelkezik, sokkal olcsobb 4 csillagos szalloda mint amiket a kozpontban talalni lehet. Visszatero vendeg vagyok. Ja, es nagyon finom volt az ajandek kekszcsomag a szobaban!

Good: Quick check-in, vending machine so we could grab some drinks late at night ( we arrived from a gig so we were thirsty af). Location is excellent, metro station and the area is like 2 minutes away. Bad: Instead of one big bed there were two single beds pushed together, and they came apart during the night. Very little privacy from housekeeping staff - they were nice, but a bit annoying with randomly entering the room for cleaning multiple times- even though we were still in bed and told them we don't need cleaning. The use of the infrared sauna was subject to fees, and there were no robes or slippers provided at the spa.

Good: Top Lage, freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln in unmittelbarer Nähe, Wellness inklusive. Stadion und Arena gleich nebenan. Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder

Good: Poloha hotela je vynikajúca, nakoľko sme išli na podujatie, ktoré sa uskutočnilo v Papp László Budapest sportaréna (hotel sa nachádza hneď vedľa arény). Izby boli čisté, všetko fungovalo, raňajky boli chutné - postačujúci výber jedál. Doporučujem. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, mi egy rendezvényen voltunk, amely a Papp László Budapest Sportarénában zajlott (a hotel közvetlen mellette van). A szobák tiszták voltak, minden működött, a reggeli finom volt - elegendő ételválaszték. Nagyon ajánlom. Bad: V hotelovej reštaurácii sme si chceli večer dať kávu. V reštaurácii bolo dosť veľa hostí, obsluhovali traja čašníci, objednali sme si kávu, čašník keď vedľa nás prechádzal, zakaždým vravel, že hneď nám ju prinesie. Po 40 minútach čakania som našu objednávku reklamoval. Po ďalších piatich minútach nám kávu priniesol. Nedodržali vôbec poradie v akom hostia prišli, proste obsluhovali hala-bala, nemali v tom žiadny systém. Este kávézni akartunk a szálloda éttermében. Elég sok vendég volt az étteremben, három pincér szolgált ki. A kávét megrendeltük, türelmesen várakoztunk és a pincér, amikor elment mellettünk, minden alkalommal azt mondta, hogy mindjárt hozza. 40 perc várakozás után igényeltem a rendelésünket. Újabb öt perc múlva a kávét ki hozta nekünk. Egyáltalán nem követték a vendégek érkezési sorrendjét, nem volt benne semmi rendszer.

Good: "Razlog" dolaska u Budimpeštu bio je koncert američke umjetnice LP u Laszlo Papp Areni.. Hotel sa svojom super lokacijom i sadržajima (i kišni dan) olakšao mi je dobro iskoristiti slobodno vrijeme do koncerta, uživala sam u krasnom bazenu i sportskim aktivnostima i ukusnom objedu. Sve pohvale. Bad: Naj iskrenije...zaista neman čak niti najmanju zamjerku u cijelom svom, na žalost, kratkom boravku u hotelu.

Good: Очень удачное расположение отеля, в минуте ходьбы от станции метро. В отеле есть фитнес зал, сауна и бассейн. Можно воспользоваться принтером/компьютером в бизнес-центре. Номер просторный, супер-широкая кровать. Уборка каждый день. В номере чайник и холодильник. Порадовали приветственные печеньки в номере. Bad: Цены на чай/кофе в кафе на первом этаже, на мой взгляд, высоковаты.

Good: - Exceptional breakfast: a lot of good options, you could have it for multiple days and not get bored. - Room nice and clean: a bit small, but that is because it also has a desk and the big bed which was very comfy. - 3 big, fast elevators. - Easy to find paid parking spots (either at the front of the hotel or right at the back of it in the underground - where it is cheaper) Bad: -

Good: Gyors ügyintézés a megváltozott időponttal kapcsolatban. Bad: Kevés parkoló hely

Good: A személyzet segítőkész és kedves volt, a metróhoz való közelség és a felszereltség is az előny oldalát erősíti. ;) Bad: Nagyon hideg volt a medence vize, a szobában pedig indokolatlanul meleg volt. A fürdőben jobban el tudtam volna képzelni egy normális vagy nagy méretű zuhanyzót mint ezt a kicsi kádat (ez egyéni adottság kérdése).

Good: A buszpályaudvar közel van, gyalog 4 perc. A szoba tisztasága maximálisan kielégítő volt. A bejelentkezés 1-2 percnél nem volt több, a kijelentkezés talán még annyi sem. Az ágy kényelmes volt, jót pihentem. Bad: Nincs ilyen!

Good: Piscina și sauna. Atmosfera. Bad: Am ajuns la 12.15 și pentru a face check in la ora accea, ne au cerut 20 euro extra taxa suplimentara. In condițiile in care hotelul era gol la mijlocul săptămânii. Personalul de la recepție nu e prietenos. E vorba de atitudine, nu neapărat de bani 💰.

Bad: Desi hotelul are piscina si sauna, nu sunt puse la dispozitie halate sau slapi, nici in camera, nici la zona de piscina, nici macar la un cost suplimentar. Apa din piscina nu avea temperatura indicata pe anunturile de la intrare. Era mult mai rece.

Good: Az elhelyezkedés miatt választottuk a hotelt: koncertjegyőnk volt az Arenaba, nem kellett a parolással bajlódni (2600 Ft/nap tudtunk parkolni a hotel mellett), utána 1 perc alatt viszasétáltunk. Ogromny hotel położony przy centrum sportowo konferencyjnym. Do dyspozycji mamy dużą restaurację gdzie podawane jest przepyszne jedzenie. Dodatkowo mamy mniejszą restaurację w głównym holu budynku. Na dolnych poziomach znajduje się siłownia a zaraz obok basen i sauna. Pokoje duże i przestronne z wygodnym łóżkiem, lazienką i widokiem na panoramę miasta. Obiekt czysty, pachnący i zadbany dzięki ciężkiej pracy obsługi której nie widać a codziennie dba o to aby czas spędzony w hotelu był miłym doświadczeniem.

Good: Location (next to the metro) and breakfast was really great! Bad: The water in the pool could be warmer.

Good: Koncerten voltunk, a szállodából 2 perc alatt a helyszínre tudtunk menni. Reggeli kitűnő volt.

Két éjszakát töltöttünk a szállodában két ( 9,11) gyermekkel, rendezvényre érkeztünk a fővárosba, a hely közelsége miatt esett a választásunk a szállodára. Tömegközlekedés szempontjából kiváló az elhelyezkedése, autónkat -olcsón -a mélygarázsban hagytuk. A szobák tiszták voltak, az ágyak kényelmesek 🙂, a 4. emeletről a kilátást nagyon élvezték a gyerekek. Reggeli bőséges, változatos hideg-meleg kínálat és többféle gyümölcs is szerepelt a kínálatban. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Foglalásnál elkerülte a figyelmünket, - gyerekek nagy bánatára- hogy medence is van, legközelebb mindenképpen fürdőruhát is bekészítünk a bőröndbe😃😃😃.

Super friendly staff at reception and everywhere. Always open to help. Breakfast is delicious, freshly cooked and plenty. Dinner was marvellous and I can only recommend to enjoy the great taste. They also have a huge training gym with a size I have never seen in any other hotel. Spa is just next door to enjoy. Easy to get there with public transport.

Good: Good location. Bad: Close to the main road.
